Award-winning Residential Apartment Design by Po Feng Lee

Inspired by the profound words of Romain Rolland, "The great significance of art is basically that it is capable of demonstrating real human emotions, the mystery of the inner heart and the passionate world," designer Po Feng Lee has crafted a stunning residential apartment that embodies the beauty of art and the tranquility of the human spirit. The design, aptly named Stone Language Tranquility, showcases a unique blend of dark colors, metallic materials, and Swedish Terraco objects to create a space that is both stylish and serene.

One of the standout features of Stone Language Tranquility is its open-style spatial area design. The original kitchen walls were removed to create a seamless flow between the different areas of the apartment, allowing for a more spacious and inviting atmosphere. To add a touch of style and sophistication, Lee employed unique techniques to inlay Terraco stones and aluminum strips into the various walls, giving each wall a distinct and extraordinary expression.

The use of dark-colored objects and Terraco stone surfaces further enhances the elegance and visual texture of the space. Black iron pieces, grey stone-patterned polished tiles, and carefully selected furniture create a harmonious blend of materials that exude a sense of calm and tranquility. The result is a space that invites relaxation and comfort, allowing residents to unwind and find solace in their surroundings.

Stone Language Tranquility spans across 132 square meters and is located in Taoyuang, Taiwan. The project was completed on June 30, 2019, and showcases the meticulous craftsmanship and attention to detail that Lee and his team are known for. The partition screen, personalized with the proprietor's surname and name, adds a touch of individuality and pride to the design, while fulfilling the client's dream of a personalized and comfortable living space.

This exceptional design has been recognized with the prestigious Bronze A' Design Award in the Interior Space, Retail, and Exhibition Design category in 2020. The award celebrates designs that demonstrate outstanding creativity, technical skill, and a commitment to improving the quality of life. Stone Language Tranquility is a testament to Lee's ability to seamlessly blend art, design, and technology to create a space that not only looks beautiful but also enhances the well-being of its inhabitants.
